Dave Pitman is a painter / photographer / graphic artist from Charlotte, NC. He has produced a large collection of expressive, esoteric works of art. Though meant to be introspective, all of his paintings incorporate a handwritten type element to them. In each of his pieces, Dave includes hints into the ideas and emotions, by creating rich layers of type that blur from being legible to purely graphical elements.
Today Dave still paints but uses this same passion for combining color, composition, and fine art photography in a small boutique design firm.
