"My father owned a photographic studio in Mansfield, Ohio. One Chirstmas he invited one of his employees to share Christmas with us. His name was Robert Dufresne. He presented my dad with an oil painting circa 1958 as a Christmas gift. Might he be a relative of yours?"

""This work is reminiscent of the late 1950??s period, typically practiced by young American artists abroad for the first time in Italy and France. I am sorry to say that it is tired and lacks contemporary expression and shows no evolution or originality from the artists standpoint. I suggest that you find a voice, and listen to it. Don??t follow someone else." - In response to ??the avengers? comments. Where the artist is at now is ??their own view? as they are choosing to spend time creating it. Instead, judge art by the impact that it has and how you as a viewer are impacted by it."

"Fantastic Work! In my humble opinion "The Fashion Avenger" should stick to the Fashion Business and leave the art criticism to the knowledgeable people."

"I love the use of color giving the paintings a surreal quality."
