"a beautiful way to bring together thoe whole everything, this new look in a womans eyes of power and confidences mixed with a traditional southern feeling of these same ladies trying to get away from it all and feel a sense of freedom."

"There is no substitute of realistic compositions. Great use of colors."

"Virginia's work just keeps getting better, and it was great when I first met her in the mid-90s. I enjoy watching a painting develop and admire how she incorporates her family and friends as subjects in her paintings. Can't wait to see what comes next...which I think is an exhibition in Asheville fairly soon."

"Stunning...I am CAPtivated!!"

"your artwork is unbelievably beautifull"

"LOVE the bottom one. It is realistic in a different kind of way."

"real today looks . not something from yesteryear."

"Stunning work. The colors are especially remarkable. I only wish there was more discussion on the artist's site of what inspires her beautiful pieces. That interests me so much more than the exhibition info and long list of accolades."

"awesome tones"

"Beautiful. Powerful. Edgy. Really took my breath away."
