Michael explains his work by saying, “I started taking photos a year ago in an effort to sort of cope with the increasing depersonalization of the world around me due to the internet. Mainly shooting with friends, my work started to take on themes of youth and consumption. I hope it causes people to take a second to relax and appreciate life.”.
