Chicago artist Darryll Schiff’s fine art career came into focus about ten years ago after a successful commercial photography career in Los Angeles. Darryll’s most recent projects, especially the newly completed series, Descending to Heaven, contain images that are metaphors for the impermanent, ephemeral quality of our lives, the constant flow and frenzy of contemporary times, illusions, and of perception versus reality.
