Mike Weber was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He holds a degree in visual communications from Southwest Missouri State University and a degree in computer animation and multimedia from Art Institute of Dallas, Texas.
For several years after his graduation, Weber designed and directed film projects for television networks in Dallas and New York City, including Showtime, HBO, Comedy Central, and A&E. In 2001, he became a full-time fine artist. Since then he has exhibited across the United States.
Recently, Weber has been nominated for the Smithsonian Artist Research Fellowship Program and selected to exhibit at the 2011 Florence Biennale in Italy.
