What a magnificent tribute to these very intelligent ancient earth dwellers. LOL. Very unique and full of respect. I’m afraid I am in awe of many of our wildlife species of high intelligence and disturbed by humankind’s lack of respect simply because they cannot communicate. These pictures are just so full of power, motion and grandness.

Fascinating. Creative interpretations. I also love the ink and colored pencil drawings on wood at his web site.

God! these are beautiful. Maybe I’m just enfatuated with whales, but I continually refer back to featured artist Michael Wandelmaier’s piece “Harpooning of the Woolly Whale”. I now will be referring back to these gorgeous works as well.
